We seek a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Web Designer to join our team!
An ideal candidate will be a creative and technically proficient individual with a passion for designing and optimizing websites for eCommerce and digital marketing purposes. This role will involve working with WordPress and Shopify, implementing apps and basic coding solutions, and utilizing Google Analytics to drive successful online marketing campaigns.
Will need to be proficient in integrating and administrating other communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, ads, etc.
We are looking for a Media Associate to work with the HR team. The key responsibilities you will handle are on communication, to develop content for various media platforms. You need to write, proofread, and edit all media content, implement, and manage media campaigns.
We need someone dynamic and proactive to understand the company's needs and play an active role in recommending an optimal plan.

Key Responsibilities
Website Design and Development:
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs for eCommerce and marketing purposes.
- Build and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts.
E-commerce Integration:
- Implement eCommerce solutions and functionalities, including product catalogs, shopping carts, and payment gateways.
- Optimize the online shopping experience to drive conversions and sales.
Basic Coding:
- Write and edit HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code as needed to customize website features and layouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues related to speed, code, and design.
Google Analytics and SEO:
- Set up and configure Google Analytics to track website performance and user behavior.
- Analyze data to make data-driven decisions for website improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for SEO.
Graphic Design:
- Communicate graphic asset requirements, optimize for the web, and basic editing of images and other visual elements to enhance website aesthetics.
- Ensure branding and style consistency across the website and marketing materials.
Content Management:
- Update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
- Update and administrate email or third-party learning and social platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with marketing goals and messaging.
User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
- Improve website usability and accessibility to enhance the overall user experience.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for various online tools and platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in website design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce and marketing-related projects.
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic coding languages.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
- Basic Graphic design skills and experience with any design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
