Training For New Recruits
- Training in skill development to help them fit into the team.
- Training through the probation period, which is normally for 3 months (may vary, please check).
- A number of Orientation and Induction programs.
Chillibreeze periodically organizes pre–hire training programs for prospects who wish to join the PowerPoint Team. This covers techniques in PowerPoint formatting, design and attention to detail. Successful candidates stand a chance of being hired. The curriculum for this program was developed in–house based on feedback from senior staff who have worked on many customer projects.
