What You Can Expect?
The HR Team will be evaluating and selecting only candidates that align with our requirements. Selected and eligible candidates, will receive a phone call, text message or an email informing about the applicants candidature for the position applied at Chillibreeze.
To qualify to the Final Round Interview, selected candidates will have to clear the virtual interaction which conducted viz. zoom video call.
General Test Categories
Different types of online general test will be assigned to the candidate. The test categories are:
- English.
- Aptitude.
- Attention to Details.
- Personality Assesment.
Terms and Conditions
- For each General Test from #1 (1) to 1 (4) the qualifying marks is 60%.
- Failure to score a 60% marks in each test, the selected candidate will not be eligible to proceed further with the other tests and also for the First Round Interview.

The Process
With the current pandemic, we will be conducting the First Round viz. Zoom Video Call. In this round, you will be having an Interaction with the HR team. HR will evaluate you accordingly depending on the interaction. (read Job Description)
Candidates who pass through the Interaction round will be given the opportunity to join Chillibreeze Inspire Course which is also a filtration process for us to choose the right fit candidate. Chillibreeze Inspire Course is a short online course of 4 weeks on our culture and values, soft skills, and basic skills required for the job role.
After careful evaluation in the course of 4 weeks (or less, depending on the candidate's performance), the selected candidate will proceed to 2 weeks job trial period.
Candidates who pass these 2 weeks will be appointed as Apprentice.
