Chillibreeze Hiring Process: Human Resource Associate
What Can You Expect?
After you submit your application form, the Human Resource Team will evaluate and select only candidates that align with our requirements. Selected and eligible candidates will receive a phone call, text message, or email informing them about your candidature for the position applied at Chillibreeze.
The selected candidates will have to undergo the following rounds of our hiring process:
1. Online Interaction
After screening the application, we will select candidates who are eligible to sit for the online Interaction Round viz. Zoom or WhatsApp.
Eligible candidates will receive a phone call and an email for a scheduled call.
The purpose of this interaction is to get to know the candidate better and understand if their goals and passion aligns with the company’s vision and purpose, and thereafter decide if the candidate is fit for next round of Interview.
2. Chillibreeze Inspire Course
Candidates who qualify from the Interaction round will be given the opportunity to join the Inspire Course, which is a filtration process for us to choose the right fit candidate.
It is 3 weeks course (1st week online, 2nd and 3rd week offline) on our culture and values, soft skills, and basic skills required for the job role.

Upon completion of the Inspire Course, there will be an interview by Selected Panel Members who will choose only the fit candidate to proceed towards the Trial period.
3. Two Weeks Trial
After completion of Inspire Course, the candidates selected will undergo two weeks trial period.
The candidate's performance through this trial period will determine if they can proceed to the Probationary Period.
A stipend of ₹350 per day will be paid to cover local travel.
4. Probationary Period
If a candidate meets overall expectations both in skills and values. He/she will be selected to move to Probationary training, which will last for 3 months. In this phase, the candidate will be assigned to a mentor who will coach and guide them on working on projects and taking up responsibilities. Refine, implement, and continuously improve your skills.

Probationary pay ranges from ₹9,000 to ₹13,000.
Appointment
After you have successfully completed all 4 Phases, we celebrate your Appointment as a Human Resource Associate!
On Appointment, pay ranges from ₹20,000 - ₹23,000 per month.
Terms and Conditions
- Candidates are expected to meet the expectations set in the Chillibreeze Inspire Course and a 100% participation.
- We do not guarantee job appointments after the Chillibreeze Inspire Course.
- Candidates need to undergo 3 months of training - to move to the Probationary Period.
- Failure to attend any of these rounds will deem you unfit to join our company.
