We seek enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Farm Operations.
In this versatile role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless functioning of our farm. From caring for livestock to supporting processing operations, you'll contribute to various aspects of our farming enterprise.
We seek adaptable team players eager to embrace new challenges and contribute to the farm's success.
- Minimum 12 passed or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
- Livestock Caretaker:
- Attend to the well-being of our chicken population.
- Provide nourishment and hydration to the chickens twice daily.
- Maintain coop hygiene and cleanliness.
- Facilitate the movement of chickens as necessary.
- Poultry Processing Assistant:
- Collaborate in poultry processing activities, including butchering, de-feathering, and evisceration.
- Operate processing machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Contribute to packaging, weighing, and labeling processes.
- Kitchen Support:
- Assist in prepping ingredients and materials for kitchen activities.
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Work alongside culinary staff to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Farm Maintenance and Enhancement:
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks for farm buildings and surroundings.
- Engage in simple infrastructure projects to improve farm facilities.
- Adaptive Workforce:
- Display a proactive attitude and flexibility in taking on diverse tasks as required for optimal farm operations.

- Available to reside at the farm from Monday to Saturday.
- Transportation details: Depart from Umshing at 7 am on Monday, and return by 4 pm on Saturday.
