Each job requirement is clearly defined, but gives you room to bring in your own creativity and effort to go beyond. Rather than seniority, salary increments and promotions are based entirely on values and behaviors demonstrated consistently over a period of time. Those who adhere to, and exceed, the expectations of the values the company stands for, and deliver consistently high performance, are rewarded by means of yearly bonuses and salary increments. You can expect Awards and recognition too, as appreciation for your contributions.
We care about our employees’ health. To cover any unexpected illnesses, we offer a health coverage policy. Most of the employees are covered by a policy of BAJAJ Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd, where most of the contribution is made by the employer. Based on the take home, some of the employees are covered by a health insurance policy under the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). This is a state government–funded health insurance scheme where both the employee and employer contribute equally, this insurance has also a set of criteria where family members can avail this claim.
We have an additional monetary security for you. Once you become part of Chillibreeze you will be entitled to receive gratuity. It is paid to you when you retire or resign from the organization, after completing five or more years of service with the company. This is totally a contribution from the company. The employees need not contribute to this fund.
Depending on how the company performs financially, yearly bonuses will be paid to the staff. Your contribution towards the target, coupled with the values and behaviors demonstrated throughout the year, are some of the factors that the company takes into consideration to decide on the bonus you will receive.

We make sure that learning leadership skills happens on the job. To bolster this effort, we have designed a program called "Leadership Factory". In this program, we introduce our staff to different topics and courses that will help them develop problem-solving, business analytics, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
We also encourage our staff to undergo self–learning, where we provide materials such as videos, books, DVDs, etc. Any employee can access these for self–learning. This investment and focus on learning and development allows the staff to grow in ways beyond what they thought possible and deliver extraordinary value to our customers and our company.
