How long is the 3 Phased Program?

Chillibreeze believes in constant learning and applying our learning to create more value for others. This concept applies to our recruitment process. Therefore, the time frame for the 3 Phases can range from 3 months to 6 months!

Appointment!

After you have successfully completed all 3 Phases, we celebrate your Appointment as a Junior Graphic Designer!

Key Skills

• Good comprehension and clear communication skills are a must-have.
• Able to express yourself well in writing and know the basics of business etiquette.
• Have a “do what it takes” attitude to figure things out and serve our customers.
• We expect consistent reliability. Reliability is one of the keys to our success, and punctuality is one way to demonstrate this value and is expected of everyone.
• Minimum 12 passed/diploma in computer application or equivalent. To align with the vision of releasing the potential of the youths, we are only accepting applicants less than 34 years old.

First Year Expectations

• Be assigned to a team of 8 to 15 graphic designers working on customer projects.
• Experience serving world-class customers from across the globe.
• Maintain high standards of quality, know, and practice the value of checking everything off the Quality Check List (QC), and pay careful attention to detail on every job sent to the customer.
• Learn the brand guidelines of key customer accounts and ensure that all design work adheres to the brand.
• Format, design, and transform rough slides and hand-drawn sketches, into visually pleasing PowerPoint presentations or documents.
• Create pleasing and effective tables, diagrams, graphs, icons, templates, etc. within PowerPoint, as per customer requirements.
• Communicate through email, chat, voice, and video with global customers to understand their project details and expectations.
• NEVER miss a customer deadline. It will be your responsibility to ensure that deadlines are consistently met every time.
