2015 was a great year for Chillibreeze. While everyone contributed to the success of the company, there were a few individuals who stood out! And on the 23rd of January 2016, a company–wide event was held to appreciate, reward and recognize these very individuals.
Rising Star award
Tiffania: “I feel Chillibreeze has shown its appreciation to me in several occasions and each time it has further pushed me to do better and grow much more. I received the Rising Star award and it felt so overwhelming to be appreciated in such a grand event.”
Demander: “I was just like WOW!! this is amazing. It feels great to be presented with this award. It motivates me more and more to strive to the top of the ladder. It shows the passion and love that we have for the work we do. It's always special when people recognize our dedication at work.”
Chillibreeze Star award
Marbadondor: “Receiving the award was a great honor for me, I sincerely thank Chillibreeze for the recognition. This is all my dedication, hard work and commitment through the 20 Principles of Chillibreeze to fulfil the mission and vision of Chillibreeze that gave me this award. I would also like to thank my Family members who were always there to support me in my everyday life.”
Marbahun: “My hard work and dedication towards the company has paid off, I feel appreciated. The award and the promotion have really driven me to work harder. It is one of the things that will motivate us all to give our best (100% effort with 100% integrity). I also would like to thank everyone who have helped me in my success and have lend their support and contributed equally for my growth both personally and professionally.”

Synshar: Everyone of us here are stars and deserve to be appreciated, but in the end only the deserving one grabs it. So this is because of my ability to understand the pain points and most importantly because I rock the boat. I fell more is needed and give my 100% effort and 100% integrity in whatever I do.”
Evakordor: “The award came as a surprise, literally! I believe I got the award as I usually say things the way they are and not just to please other or for the sake of it. I also love my work and keep exploring and learning through everything I do, so I guess it shows and Chillibreeze appreciates that.”
Miramon: “It really feels great! I did not expect this but the fact that I love my job and what I do and having a great team to work with, is what really motivated me to give my best as much as I can.”
Julbenson: “It was a surprise and I was thrilled and motivated to receive the award. In Chillibreeze nothing goes unappreciated especially, when you do a good job.”
Nazarine:“I am overwhelmed with everything that is going on now and I am very happy to receive the Star Award. I feel like my hard work has paid-off and it motivates me to do much better and learn more in whatever I do so that I can contribute more and more towards the growth of the company. I would like to thank Chillibreeze and all of you who have made the Star Award possible for me.”
Teddy Kharpuri: “It was a total surprise for me, I was not expecting that at all. It really humbled me and makes me feel more responsible to give my best to everyone and to Chillibreeze, that day was a celebration of the hard work and dedication that we all put in, in 2015.”
Catalyst award
Khraw: “If you really dedicate yourself to your work with all your heart and soul, then the company will always recognize you. It was a surprise for me and I felt great and motivated. It gives me more energy of making things happen and be the best I can be. Thanks to Chillibreeze for recognizing me and giving me the award.”
Ibansara: “Overall it was an overwhelming experienced but what made me received the Catalyst award was my ability and capability to make things happen of what is asked and required of me.
This is the first time that Chillibreeze had introduced the Catalyst award and winning this award means a lot to me as to be a catalyst there are nine characteristics that an individual needs to have and demonstrate those behaviors consistently in our day to day work. It was tough but I guess it was worth it to keep going in that direction.”
After the above awards it was Charity Majaw, Manager HR/Admin, appreciating three CBers for their active participation in the voluntary learning program.
Synshar, Wanlam and Leeneth were awarded with a certificate of appreciation for their proactive-ness and willingness to learn and excel.

Badshailang promoted to Senior Office Assistant: “The award was unexpected and I am grateful to Chillibreeze for seeing my dedication at work and appreciating it. The promotion came as a big step towards my future and growth in Chillibreeze, I will keep looking forward to learn, grow and dedicate myself for the growth of Chillibreeze.”
Marbahun promoted to Senior Executive: “With this comes a huge responsibility which requires our commitment and dedication towards the company, which honestly, sometimes feel as if it is something that I cannot handle. But with the endless support from the team, I can say that I’M READY for all these challenges!”
Miramon promoted to Senior Executive: “I’m feeling great! It is unexpected and would like to thank everyone. We have a great team and that speaks it all and since I love doing what I do, Chillibreeze allows me to further explore and acknowledges our good work.”
Charlyne promoted to Team Leader: “I have been waiting for a year now to be promoted to this role and this is the time. I have made my Dad proud. Firstly, I would say that the support I got from my family made me give more time to Chillibreeze. This is my second home where I spend most of my time. I would really like to thank the whole team as without the team it is useless to be a Team leader.”
Ibansara promoted to Assistant Manager: “The promotion was a surprise for me and I’m still trying to digest the fact that I’ve moved to a new level. There are so many reasons or factors as to why I received the promotion but deep down I believe it was because of GRIT, consistency, reliability and my passion, self-driven attitude to make things happen.”
