Chillibreeze Organizes– ‘On Campus Placement’ for the First Time
It is business as usual at Chillibreeze, Shillong. The design division is taking rapid strides forward and our team is expanding. The process of hiring at Chillibreeze is taken seriously and the procedure we follow is meticulous. While we continue to grow, our quest for creating opportunities, changing lives and serving people remains close to our hearts. Whether it is hiring through the online process, social media, employee referral, job fair and campus recruitment, Chillibreeze is committed to its vision cum mission statement.
As a growing company, we are constantly on the lookout for people/candidates with strong ethics, willingness to learn and work hard.
Again this year Chillibreeze was invited to attend job fairs and campus placement events by different recognized training Institutes in Shillong, like ETPL, Arena Multimedia and NIIT (National Institute of Information Technology). We have attended a number of job fairs in the past, but this year we stepped out to try something we had not done before.
This was the first year Chillibreeze organized campus recruitment! We organized a campus placement for the students of NIIT, Shillong. This was a great exposure for us and a whole new experience. As we grow and expand we want to explore new ways of recruitment and create more job opportunities for the youth of Shillong. We take pride in nurturing local talent to cater to our international customers.
