There is no limit to how much you can earn in Chillibreeze. Employees who consistently adhere to the values of the company, demonstrate ownership and accountability, and take responsibility for their actions are rewarded.
Rather than seniority, salary increments and promotions are based entirely on values and behaviours demonstrated consistently over a period of time and delivering top performance. Monthly values/behaviours and performance reviews are conducted. Those who adhere to and exceed the expectations of the values the company stands for and deliver consistently high performance are rewarded by means of yearly bonuses and salary increments as well as awards and recognition to appreciate and honor their contribution.
We care about our employees’ health. To cover any unexpected illnesses, we offer a health policy. Depending on the amount of compensation package received, employees are covered by a Health Insurance policy under the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). This is a state government-funded health insurance scheme where both the employee and employer contribute equally. To list a few of the ESIC benefits, employees may reap 100% cashless benefit along with the medical benefits, they can also avail the leave facilities from ESIC and family members too are entitled to full medical care as and when needed etc.
Most employees, however, are covered by New India Assurance where the majority of the contribution is made by the employer.
Saving for a purpose – Chillibreeze provides saving opportunities through this government funded scheme. The scheme provides an investment fund contributed by employees and employers, out of which a lump sum is paid to employees at the time of retirement or on leaving the company.
We have an additional monetary security for you. Once you become part of Chillibreeze you will be entitled to receive gratuity. It is paid to you when you retire or resign from the organization after completing five or more years of service with the company. This is totally a contribution from the company. The employees need not contribute to this fund.
Each employee is entitled to a certain number of leave days in a year. Your unused leaves days are neither carried over nor go unutilized. At the end of a year, all unused leaves can be encashed. We value an employee’s commitment and dedication to come to work daily.
Depending on how the company performs financially, yearly bonuses will be paid to the staff. Your contribution towards the target coupled with the values and behaviours demonstrated throughout the year are some of the factors that the company takes into consideration.

We make sure leadership is learned in the context of work. To bolster this effort, we launched a learning program called "Leadership Factory" for the staff. In this program, we introduce our staff to different learning topics and courses that will help them develop problem-solving skills, business analytics, communication, leadership and customer service skills.
We also encourage our staff to undergo self-learning, where we provide materials such as videos, books, DVDs, etc. Any employee can access these materials for self-learning. This investment and focus on learning and development allow the staff to grow in ways beyond what they thought possible and deliver extraordinary value for our customers and the company.
